Since its establishment in 2005, UC Solutions Ltd (UCS) has been a trusted provider of secretarial, administrative, and compliance services to domestic companies in Mauritius. Over the years, UCS has grown steadily and successfully transitioned into a fully licensed Management Company (2021), regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. With this recognition, UCS is authorised to set up, administer, and manage a wide range of entities including Global Business Companies, Authorised Companies, Domestic Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Special Activity Licensed Companies. These include highly regulated structures such as Investment Advisors (Unrestricted)and Investment Dealers (Full-Service Dealers, Excluding Underwriting). In addition, UCS is duly qualified to act as trustee and secretary to private foundations, offering clients a complete suite of fiduciary and management solutions.
